Day 1: Hanoi arrival
Arriving Hanoi, the local guide will meet you at the airport upon arrival. A short drive (45’) ride to the hotel for check in and relax after the flight (room check in time is 14.00, early check-n does not include)
In the afternoon, our guide takes you into the center of the city for a walking tour. The guide will shows you the Old Town, Hanoi’s hustle and bustle and a local market.

Day 2: Hanoi (B/L)
After a good breakfast at hotel, the day starts with visit to the complex dedicated to Ho Chi Minh- the nation’s founder, containing Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (viewed from outside on Mondays, Fridays and afternoons due to closure. The Mausoleum also closed during Sep and Oct for annual maintenance), and house on stilts. This complex also comprises the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of city. Continue visit Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of Literature) which was built in the 11th century and is and Vietnam’s first University. We eat a tasty lunch in one of Hanoi’s many excellent restaurants
After lunch, visit “Hold The Future” Center. The founder of this center is a disable woman. She dedicate her entitle life to care for disable teenagers future, vocational training, provide them employment, have self-reliant lives, integrate in society. Chance for you to talk and join the daily work with the disable teenagers at the center
Afterward, drive back to your hotel and have free time

Day 3: Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Van Long Natural reserve & countryside life (B/L)
After breakfast, we take 2hr scenic drive to Van Long Natural reserve – an outstanding natural beauty with limestone peaks and village. On arrival in Van Long, get your bike (Ox cart is arranged if you can’t bike). We ride through peaceful and lush green villages, pass by rice fields and fish ponds, lotus ponds, local market. Visit a local family for a while to understand more about local life. Follow farmers to their field for catching fish & crabs, and bailing out water to rice field, then go back to their home to cook your lunch. Enjoy home hosted meal with the local family.
After lunch, we ride to the boat quay for a rowing boat trip to explore stunning wetland of Van Long, also a nature reserve of the area. This is home of many kinds birds. If you are lucky, you may see a lot of bird and monkey.
Overnight in Ninh Binh
Day 4: Ninh Binh- Ha Long Bay (B/L/D/use local guide on boat)
At 8.00AM, depart from your hotel in Hanoi. Take 3.5 hour drive to Ha Long Bay, one of the World Natural Heritages recognized by UNESCO with thousand of spectacular limestone islands rising from the clear, emerald sea in the Gulf of Tonkin. Upon arrival, welcome aboard. Enjoy welcome drink before check in at your cabin. While the junk is passing many rocky islets, caves, floating villages and beaches, your lunch will be served on board with fresh seafood. Relax on the sundeck. Later on, the junk moves a quiet area to dock for overnight stay. Dinner with Vietnamese food is served on board.

Day 5: Ha Long – Hanoi (Brunch/use local guide on boat)
The junk cruises around Ha Long Bay, passes by many islets named by their shapes such as Dog, Incense Urn, Fighting Cock, Finger, etc. Breakfast or brunch is served while the junk then continues cruising towards the wharf. After disembarkation, your vehicle is ready to take you back to Noi Bai airport in Hanoi. Mid-afternoon arrive your hotel in Hanoi, check-in and have free time

Day 6: Hanoi – Morning flight to Danang – car drive to Hoi An (B)
After breakfast at hotel, we take 1hr drive back to Noi Bai airport. Catch 1 hour flight to Danang, a city in central of Vietnam and famous for its long white sand beach. On arrival, we drive another 40’ to Hoi An, a lovely city surround by pristine beaches and peaceful Rivers.
On foot is the nicest way to explore Hoi An Ancient town, a UNESCO World Heritage Suite. Our experience local guide will lead you though the narrow streets, hidden alleys to see the local daily life. We explore this rich architectural fusion of 300 year Chinese temple, 400 year Japanese covered bridge, 200 year old Vietnamese former merchant home influences by visiting Hoi An narrow streets where each house façade is dangled with lanterns. After that you can make a lantern by your own, decorate, pack and keep it as a souvenir of your time in Hoi An

Day 7 – Day 10: Hoi An – beach time (B)
Breakfast at hotel and have free morning for exploring Hoian Ancient Town and shopping or having clothes made.
Early afternoon, driver takes you to a beach resort (10’ drive). Rest of day is your free time to enjoy the Sun & Sea.
Overnight in Hoi An
EXPLORE CHAM ISLAND & SNORKLE – full day (8:30am – 16:00)
The snorkeling day trip and islands tour is a great way for non divers to join the water sport activities in Cham Island. Our professional snorkeling team provide in water safety and guidance throughout. In addition to snorkeling, a variety of options are available in the afternoon, enjoy more snorkeling or simply relax and enjoy the beach.
Take 30 minutes drive to the pier and board the boat. Cruise toward to the Marine Protected Areas of Cham Island. Starts snorkeling under supervision of our guide with full equipment provided. Back to the boat to relax and enjoy coffee, tea and snack available on board. Make second snorkeling at second spot. Boat leaving for Bai Chong tropical beach for lunch and relax. Enjoy Vietnamese seafood lunch on beach (water is provided during lunch)
Afternoon:Relax time on beach: hammocks free, swimming or extra snorkeling from the beach. Departure from the beach to return to mainland
Day 11: Danang – Morning flight to Ho Chi Minh city (B)
Today after breakfast we leave Hoi An and heads south to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Lander after an hour’s flight, meet by our local guide and transfer to city, takes a “get acquainted round town” with visits to Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the old post office. We also stop at the big market in town, Ben Thanh. Next, enjoy a fun city’s Water Puppet Show the story is told using puppets that moves on the water.

Day 12: Cu Chi tunnels (B)
Enjoy a 2-hour-drive north west of Saigon to Cu Chi tunnels, through urbanized areas and a typically lush southern Vietnamese countryside. The tunnel complex was dug in 1948 for the guerrillas to hide from French air and ground sweeps. It was also served as communication routes and food and weapon caches as well as hospitals and living quarters for guerrilla fighters throughout the American war. Visit the underground villages to better understand the tunnels’ history, life in the tunnels and the Vietnamese’s resilience during the combats. Return your hotel at noon time and have rest of day free at leisure
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh
Day 13: Saigon – Mekong Delta (B/L)
This morning we will take you on a journey of many highlights. Today we visit the Mekong Delta. Delta is Vietnam’s biggest rice bowls with all three rice crops per. years and is the major contributor to Vietnam and other countries’ food basket. Arrive at Ben Tre and board in our waiting boat. Here we get a tour around the small islands of lush orchards, running on small channels and watching daily life pass slowly. Disembark the boat and walk along the river bank and enjoying the local people’s peaceful life. Visit to one of the many family businesses that produce the most that is possible to get out of a coconut. Everything from souvenirs to coke caramels produced on a conveyor belt, mostly by hand and simple methods. These family businesses are typical of Mekong delta and produce goods for delivery throughout Vietnam. Continue with the boat cruise on the peaceful river, we arrive My Tho which is located at the northernmost branch of the Mekong River. Have lunch before heading back Saigon.
The rest of the afternoon and evening is your free time to explore this exciting city. We live in central city so everything is within walking distance of the hotel.

Day 14: Saigon – Departure (B)
Breakfast included at hotel. Check out time is 12h00.
Enjoy your free day in Saigon for last minute shopping or simply enjoying many attractions in the city.
Driver picks up you from your hotel’s lobby 3 hours prior your flight time, transfer to Tan San Nhat international aiport for your departure flight

Based on your tour request, Saigon Tours Vietnam will send you the proposal and the rates. This proposal and these rates are proposed for your information only and valid 30 days (unless otherwise mentioned) from the date of offer. We will not launch any reservation before we receive your confirmation. After 30 days the proposed rates and the accompanying offer are not valid anymore and rates may be revised.
The rates may be different between the high season holiday which is from 1st of October to 30 April and low season holiday which is from 1st May to 30th September.
During holiday and special occasions, surcharge may be applied –Xmas, New Year and peak seasons (20th December to 10 January) – and these will be designated as surcharges subject to our notifying you and your agreement on these surcharges.
Transfers – non arrival on booked day will mean any extra transfer services will result in extra charges being applied.
B. CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation charges below refer to the non-transferable fee that is charged to the group member who has cancelled their tour:
More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charge
Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost
Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
Between 15 days and 7 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
Less than 7 days before departure: 90% of total tour cost
No-show at the airport on the day of arrival/departure: 100% of total tour cost
C. CHILDREN POLICY (land service only)
Child from 1- 4 yrs: Free of charge if sharing bed with parents
Child from 5 – 6 yrs: charge 30% of adult price if sharing existing bed(s) with parents
Child from 5 – 6 yrs: charge 50% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
Child from 7 – 11 yrs: charge 75% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
Child from 12 yrs up: pay as adult rate
