Day 1: ARRIVE SIEM REAP
Arrive Siem Reap – The Cradle of Angkor Civilization – Where Cambodian were Born, this is also a famous Archaeological City, as named as one of the seven greatest architectural wonders of the World.
Meet and transfer from airport to hotel
Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 2: SIEM REAP – Angkor Thom & Angkor Wat (B, D)
We start a very special and busy day as you will explore some of Angkor’s most beautiful temples. You will visit the West Gate of Angkor Thom – undiscovered by mass tourist. Continue to visit Angkor Thom, the ancient royal city of the Khmer Empire with its centre piece; the Bayon temple. Although it may look like a shapeless mass of stone, further scrutiny reveals towers with enigmatic faces of former King Jayavarman VII. Continue to the Terrace of the Elephants, which served as a platform from where the King could welcome back his victorious army and the Terrace of the Leper King, which holds perfect carvings winding along a narrow passage way that leads to the Baphuon complex. Continue to Ta Prohm, considered to be one of Angkor’s jewels with is overgrown fig trees, giving a haunting yet exotic atmosphere. The magnificent roots of the trees have merged itself over the centuries with the temple’s huge stone blocks, emphasizing a ‘forgotten city’ feeling.
In the afternoon, continue to Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology.
We finish by experiencing sunset over the rice fields from the royal crematorium of Pre Rup, a classic view of the Cambodian countryside.
Have dinner in restaurant and enjoy traditional Apsara dance performance

Day 3: SIEM REAP – DA NANG – HOI AN (B, L)
After breakfast, transfer to the floating village of Chong Kneas, located 15km south of Siem Reap. Pass through pretty rice fields and local villages before reaching the port. Upon arrival, embark on the wooden local boat, visit floating village and fisherman life.
Later on, you will drive to the Silk farm located in Puok district (20kms–20-minute drive Siem Reap) where you will understand more details on the mulberry trees, silkworm farming, cocoon unwinding, preparation of the silk threads, ikat technique (tie-dyeing of the threads) and silk weaving and impressed by the dexterity of our artisans with silk threads.
Afternoon, transfer to airport for flight to Danang City (Vietnam)
Upon arrive at Da Nang international airport, transfer 30km to Hoi An City

Day 4: HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN VISIT & FOOD TRAILS (B, L-street food)
This morning, you will experience a combination of food tasting and walking tour around the Hoi An town. Visit The Japanese Covered Bridge where retains a harmony of architectural styles, combining Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese cultural characteristics. Ong Pagoda is one of the typical pagodas in Hoi An’s old quarter. Fukienese Assembly Hall was built in 1692 by Chinese Phuoc Kien merchants and Tan Ky Ancient House, constructed almost two centuries ago as the house of a Vietnamese merchant. Continue walk through the food streets, see cooking demonstration from stalls and enjoy Hoi An’s typical food as long as you walk: Hoi An baguette, Cao Lau (Hoi An special noodle), BBQ pork roll with fresh herbs and many more.

DAY 5: HOIAN – HUE (B, L)
After your breakfast, take 3.5 hours drive from Hoi An to Hue. Admire the beautiful landscape on the road through the Hai Van Pass overlooking the scenic Lang Co lagoon. Enjoy panoramic views of the clouds, the sea and the mountains around the summit where natural beauty unfolds.
Have lunch in Hue city, we explore Hue city, including visits to the Imperial Citadel where Kings of Vietnam’s last feudal dynasty ruled from 1802 to 1945, including Flag Tower, Nine Holy Cannons, Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Nine Dynastic Urns, Forbidden Purple City. Next, we continue visiting the last resting place of the 12th King Khai Dinh, who left behind a magnificent and huge burial idyllically located in Chau Chu Mountain just outside of Hue, home to a mix of eastern and western architecture. It took 11 years and build his final resting place and was completed in 1931. Tour ends at your hotel after 4 hours visit.

Day 6: HUE – HA NOI by flight (B, L)
Start from your hotel after breakfast. Take a short drive to boat port. Then the dragon boat Cruise will take you upstream of the peaceful Perfume River (Huong River) to visit Thien Mu Pagoda which is also home to many young people who want to try out and learn from life as a monk. History of Thien Mu Pagoda dated back from the year 1601.
We then continue boat trip to visit King Minh Mang Tomb that located on the left bank of the Huong River, which represents the perfect harmony between nature and architecture. Minh Mang King (1821–1840) boasted to have 64 princesses and 78 princes. On the way back, admire the beautiful landscapes and the sunset on the way back.

Day 7: HA NOI ORIENTATION (B, L)
The day starts with visit to the complex dedicated to Ho Chi Minh- the nation’s founder, containing Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (view from outside), and house on stilts. This complex also comprises the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of city.
Visit Van Mieu- Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of Literature & Vietnam’s first university). Constructed in 11th century, the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past.
Optional visit to Hoa Lo Prison or the Museum of Vietnamese Women.
Next up, take a trishaw ride around the Old Quarter streets which were named after the specific goods once offered for sale at these places.
Spend around 30 minutes break at local draught beer shop by one of the busy streets for enjoying local beer with peanuts and snacks like locals do.
Stop at Hoan Kiem Lake for briefing and photo, followed by is the Water Puppet show- a uniquely Northern Vietnamese art form depicting scenes from rural life and episodes of national history.

Day 8: HA NOI – NINH BINH – TAM COC (B, L)
Breakfast at hotel and check-out
Depart at 08.00 from your hotel in Hanoi for 2 hour drive to Ninh Binh Province. Our first visit is to Hoa Lu- Vietnam’s former capital before it was move to Thang Long- Hanoi in 1,010 and the remains of Dinh & Le Kings’ Temples.
In the afternoon, we get 2 hours bamboo rowing boat, cruise along the canals amid local villages, green fields. Enjoy the beauty of Tam Coc (3 caves) which is also called “Ha Long Bay on land”. Go through the caves and then row back.
After the boat trip, check-in hotel and have relax time
Overnight in Ninh Binh
DAY 9: NINH BINH- HA LONG BAY– Overnight on board (B, L, D)
After your breakfast, leave Tam Coc, Ninh Binh for Ha Long Bay via Hai Phong city and scenic countryside of Vietnam. After around 4.5 hours drive, you will reach Ha Long bay, the splendid World Nature Heritage. Upon arrival, transfer to a junk for a cruise in Ha Long Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch served on board while the cruise passes by many rocks and islets with different shapes. There may be a chance for swimming and kayaking (not include kayak equipment) on the bay or visiting one of the most amazing cave in Ha Long Bay.
Again, your dinner will be served on board. In the evening, enjoy the night fishing (optional) and later overnight on board.
Note: Cruise itinerary is subject to change due to weather condition and each cruise itself. Detailed cruise itineraries with timing will be provided once the booking confirmed.
Day 10: HA LONG – HA NOI (B)
In the morning, your breakfast or brunch will be served while doing further cruise to explore the beauty of the bay before returning to the Wharf. After breakfast or brunch, disembark the boat and drive back to Ha Noi.

Day 11: HA NOI CITY – DEPARTURE (B)
Leave hotel early for airport. Passengers need to show up at airport at least 2 hours prior flight time.

Based on your tour request, Saigon Tours Vietnam will send you the proposal and the rates. This proposal and these rates are proposed for your information only and valid 30 days (unless otherwise mentioned) from the date of offer. We will not launch any reservation before we receive your confirmation. After 30 days the proposed rates and the accompanying offer are not valid anymore and rates may be revised.
The rates may be different between the high season holiday which is from 1st of October to 30 April and low season holiday which is from 1st May to 30th September.
During holiday and special occasions, surcharge may be applied –Xmas, New Year and peak seasons (20th December to 10 January) – and these will be designated as surcharges subject to our notifying you and your agreement on these surcharges.
Transfers – non arrival on booked day will mean any extra transfer services will result in extra charges being applied.
B. CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation charges below refer to the non-transferable fee that is charged to the group member who has cancelled their tour:
More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charge
Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost
Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
Between 15 days and 7 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
Less than 7 days before departure: 90% of total tour cost
No-show at the airport on the day of arrival/departure: 100% of total tour cost
C. CHILDREN POLICY (land service only)
Child from 1- 4 yrs: Free of charge if sharing bed with parents
Child from 5 – 6 yrs: charge 30% of adult price if sharing existing bed(s) with parents
Child from 5 – 6 yrs: charge 50% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
Child from 7 – 11 yrs: charge 75% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
Child from 12 yrs up: pay as adult rate
