Day 1: Hanoi arrival
Arriving Hanoi, the local guide will meet you at the airport upon arrival. A short drive (45’) ride to the hotel for check in and relax after the flight (room check in time is 14.00, early check-n does not include)
In the afternoon, our guide takes you into the center of the city for a walking tour. the guide will shows you the Old Town and Hanoi’s hustle and bustle. Next, enjoy the city’s Water Puppet Show, a unique North Vietnamese art form depicting scenes from rural life and episodes of national history. The story is told using puppets that moves on the water.

Day 2: Hanoi Orientation – overnight train to Lao Cai (Breakfast, lunch)
After a good breakfast at hotel, the day starts with visit to the complex dedicated to Ho Chi Minh- the nation’s founder, containing Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (viewed from outside on Mondays, Fridays and afternoons due to closure. The Mausoleum also closed during Sep and Oct for annual maintenance), and house on stilts. This complex also comprises the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of city. Continue visit Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of Literature and Vietnam’s first university) which was built in the 11th century before we eat a tasty lunch in one of Hanoi’s many excellent restaurants
After lunch we head to Hanoi’s bustling market, here we walk around and get us the very special atmosphere of the place. Come here people from far and nearby villages to sell their wares.
Evening, tour guide and driver escort you to Hanoi railways station. Take the overnight train to Lao Cai, Vietnam – China border town.

Day 3: Lao Cai – Hill Tribe market – Sapa (Breakfast, lunch)
After an early breakfast, proceed to a Hill Tribes Market where Red Dzao, Flower H’Mong, Tay and other ethnic minority people converge from the surrounding countryside to sell their silverware and handicrafts, and to buy provisions. Dip yourself into the happy atmosphere of the market, which is very simple but really meaningful to the local people. The markets and are scheduled as follows:

Sunday : Bac Ha Market
After the visit, you will have lunch a local restaurant and after lunch, drive to Sapa. Arrive Sapa in mid-afternoon, settle at hotel then take an easy walking tour to explore Sapa town, its church and daily fresh vegetable market

Day 4: Sapa – walking tour to minority villages – Shuttle bus back to Hanoi (Breakfast, lunch)
Breakfast at hotel and check out at around 9.00AM. Drive to Lao Chai Village of Black H’mong people, where you will take a light trek through Muong Hoa Valley with beautiful scenery to Ta Van Village of Dzay ethnic people. Drive back to Sapa for lunch at your own arrangement and a short stop in town for shopping.
15:30 – Gather at meeting point in Sapa town and take a shuttle bus back to Hanoi (Limousine, Ford transit shuttle bus with maximum of 9pax). Arrive in Hanoi at 21:30.

Day 5: Hanoi- Ha Long Bay ((Breakfast, lunch, dinner/use local guide on boat)
At 8.00AM, depart from your hotel in Hanoi. Take 3.5 hour drive to Ha Long Bay, one of the World Natural Heritages recognized by UNESCO with thousand of spectacular limestone islands rising from the clear, emerald sea in the Gulf of Tonkin. Upon arrival, welcome aboard. Enjoy welcome drink before check in at your cabin. While the junk is passing many rocky islets, caves, floating villages and beaches, your lunch will be served on board with fresh seafood. Relax on the sundeck. Later on, the junk moves a quiet area to dock for overnight stay. Dinner with Vietnamese food is served on board.

Day 6: Ha Long Bay- Hanoi (Brunch/use local guide on boat)
The junk cruises around Ha Long Bay, passes by many islets named by their shapes such as Dog, Incense Urn, Fighting Cock, Finger, etc. Breakfast or brunch is served while the junk then continues cruising towards the wharf. After disembarkation, your vehicle is ready to take you back to Hanoi city. Rest of day is your free time

Day 7: Hanoi – Morning flight to Saigon City (Breakfast)
Today after breakfast we leave Hanoi and heads south to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Lander after an hour’s flight, meet by our local guide and transfer to city, takes a “get acquainted round town” with visits to Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, the old post office. We also stop at the big market in town, Ben Thanh. Check-in hotel and rest of day is your free time

Day 8: Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnels (Breakfast)
After a good breakfast at the hotel we travel a trip out to the famous Cu Chi tunnels, 70km northwest of Saigon. Created since 1948 to assist the Viet Minh to combat the French. This is an underground city with living areas, kitchens, storage, weapon shops, field hospitals and command centers. During the Vietnam War the entire area of Cu Chi was designated a fire free zone and was heavily bombarded. From 1988, two sections of the tunnels have been opened for visitors.
Back to Saigon at lunchtime. Rest of the day free to explore the city on your own

Day 9: Saigon – Mekong Delta (Breakfast, lunch)
This morning we will take you on a journey of many highlights. Today we visit the Mekong Delta. Delta is Vietnam’s biggest rice bowls with all three rice crops per. years and is the major contributor to Vietnam and other countries’ food basket. Arrive at Ben Tre and board in our waiting boat. Here we get a tour around the small islands of lush orchards, running on small channels and watching daily life pass slowly. Disembark the boat and walk along the river bank and enjoying the local people’s peaceful life. Visit to one of the many family businesses that produce the most that is possible to get out of a coconut. Everything from souvenirs to coke caramels produced on a conveyor belt, mostly by hand and simple methods. These family businesses are typical of Mekong delta and produce goods for delivery throughout Vietnam. Continue with the boat cruise on the peaceful river, we arrive My Tho which is located at the northernmost branch of the Mekong River. Have lunch before heading back Saigon.
The rest of the afternoon and evening is your free time to explore this exciting city. We live in central city so everything is within walking distance of the hotel.

Day 10: Saigon –Mui Ne Beach (Breakfast) – transfer without guide
After breakfast at hotel. Driver pick up. Take around 4.5-hour drive on National highway to Mui Ne peninsula, 225 km North of Saigon. Arrive Victoria Phan Thiet Beach Resort & Spa in early afternoon, check-in and rest of day is your free time to enjoy the beach

Day 11 – Day 14: 4 full days in Mui Ne Beach (Breakfast)

Day 10: Saigon – Phu Quoc by plane (Breakfast)
After breakfast at hotel, driver transfers you to airport for a short flight to Phu Quoc Island
On arrival, transfer from Phu Quoc airport to Novotel Phu Quoc Resort by hotel’s shuttle bus for check-in. Overnight in Phu Quoc
Day 11 – Day 14: 4 full days in Phu Quoc (Breakfast)
Lying in teh balmy waters of the Gulf of Thailand, Phu Quoc is Vietnam’s largest island and home to some of the country’s best beach. You’re going to stay 4 full days on the Island.

Day 15: Phu Quoc – Saigon – Departure (Breakfast)
Breakfast at hotel and free till good time shuttle bus transfer you back to Phu Quoc airport for a domestic flight to Saigon to connect to your international departure flight.

Based on your tour request, Saigon Tours Vietnam will send you the proposal and the rates. This proposal and these rates are proposed for your information only and valid 30 days (unless otherwise mentioned) from the date of offer. We will not launch any reservation before we receive your confirmation. After 30 days the proposed rates and the accompanying offer are not valid anymore and rates may be revised.
The rates may be different between the high season holiday which is from 1st of October to 30 April and low season holiday which is from 1st May to 30th September.
During holiday and special occasions, surcharge may be applied –Xmas, New Year and peak seasons (20th December to 10 January) – and these will be designated as surcharges subject to our notifying you and your agreement on these surcharges.
Transfers – non arrival on booked day will mean any extra transfer services will result in extra charges being applied.
B. CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation charges below refer to the non-transferable fee that is charged to the group member who has cancelled their tour:
More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charge
Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost
Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
Between 15 days and 7 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
Less than 7 days before departure: 90% of total tour cost
No-show at the airport on the day of arrival/departure: 100% of total tour cost
C. CHILDREN POLICY (land service only)
Child from 1- 4 yrs: Free of charge if sharing bed with parents
Child from 5 – 6 yrs: charge 30% of adult price if sharing existing bed(s) with parents
Child from 5 – 6 yrs: charge 50% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
Child from 7 – 11 yrs: charge 75% of adult price if using extra bed/mattress in parents’ room
Child from 12 yrs up: pay as adult rate
